This form of written communication is part of our everyday lives so we should know how to do it correctly and effectively. Whether you’re writing to a prospective client, coworker, boss or a new acquaintance it is incredibly important to use appropriate language and structure in your emails. When typing up emails think about the structure and a bit of language you can incorporate as well as how to make it readable to your recipients. Once you practice this and make it a habit, you’re own you way to faster replies and more effective communication. Organize, is my word for the vocabulary segment.
