This episode covers tips and tricks when writing emails. To be honest, these are not tricks but a reminder of what is important and why. Too often we write emails too quickly and we are all guilty of getting a bit lazy and sloppy because there are so many to write. It’s important to remember though that when we hope for a quick response or just a reply we must take the reader into consideration: Readability.
