Here are some ideas to freshen up the topics you cover in your ESL class. Too often the topics are out of date and impractical. These should stimulate your students to contribute in class and share opinion with each other while also offer great vocabulary that is useful and meaningful. Even teenagers have an opinion on these themes because information is so widely available. Some of them you can easily research to build more than one lesson on.
